ABOUT US
The Benue State Peace Model is a comprehensive peace building initiative and project aimed at promoting peace, reconciliation, and rehabilitation in Benue State, Nigeria. It is headed by the Governor of Benue State and assisted by Traditional and Religious leaders and in collaboration with the Nigerian security forces. The project focuses on addressing the root causes of insecurity, promoting dialogue and reconciliation, and supporting the rehabilitation of affected communities. This project proposal outlines the context, vision, mission, objectives, strategies, and expected outcomes of the peace process in Benue State.
Our Goal
To promote a stable and secure society that guarantees peace building and
reconciliation in communities affected by the activities of local armed militia in local government
areas of Benue State, Nigeria
